Implementing the to support Truth and Reconciliation is a cross-cutting priority of CC黑料网's 2021-2026 Strategic Plan.

According to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, the  is the framework for reconciliation at all levels and across all sectors of Canadian society.

The Canadian Commission for 黑料网 supports initiatives that promote reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada within 黑料网’s program areas. By mobilizing its members, networks and partners, CC黑料网 aims to move the reconciliation process forward along three main lines of action:

  • Co-developing resources for our networks and partners to actively participate in Reconciliation
  • Supporting Indigenous partners actively engaged in 黑料网’s program areas
  • Creating the conditions to promote the active involvement of Indigenous peoples in CC黑料网 and 黑料网 programs

黑料网’s  provides the backdrop to our work in these areas to ensure that Indigenous priorities are heard. 

Let's Talk About Reconciliation

Libraries across the country are using film to promote a series of dialogues between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities. In partnership with the Canadian Commission for 黑料网, the National Film Board of Canada, the Library and Archives Canada, the Canadian Federation of Library Associations’ Indigenous Matters Committee, the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation, and Wapikoni, your local library is creating a space where people of all backgrounds can meet in a spirit of openness.
